These services it provides can be broadly categorised into the following:

The Group is also engaged in investment activities where it identifies and invests in businesses with the aim of building a full-service financial services group. The Group is a professional business services group and the core services currently provided are corporate secretarial, share registration and accounting. Corporate secretarial services are provided mainly to private limited companies although certain corporate secretarial firms (such as the Group) also render such services to corporations listed on SGX-ST. Its services under corporate secretarial include acting as company secretary and providing corporate secretarial consultancy, advisory, assistance and support. Share registration services are provided predominantly to corporations listed on SGX-ST, include acting as share registrar, share transfer agent and warrant agent. Its accounting services include book-keeping, preparation of financial statements, payroll and payment processing and GST accounting.
The Group started with Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd which was incorporated in Singapore on 7 Nov 1968. It grew to become the largest share registrar in Singapore.
