Nestled in the heart of China’s soybean agriculture base – Heilongjiang, the northern-most province of China, Celestial enjoys close proximity to the raw materials needed for the Group’s production. All products are manufactured from non-genetically modified soybeans purchased from local farmers or government stock houses.

The Group produces a wide range of soy protein-based food and beverage products under its “Sun Moon Star” brand name. The Group’s range of products can be classified into Retail and Industrial categories. CHINA ANGEL FOODS GROUP

The Group is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and other food products in the Guangdong Province of China with a strong focus on brand management, product development, innovation and quality. Its products are mainly marketed under its own brands, namely “Angel”, “QiWang” and “WangFuLai”. The Group is also produces certain products under the brands of its OEM customers.

The Group’s products are categorised into three key segments as follows:
(i) Mooncake products, which comprise mooncakes and mooncake fillings. It produces and offers approximately 20 varieties of mooncakes, which include mainly lotus-paste mooncakes and other types of mooncakes.

Its products are distributed through its extensive distribution network in the Guangdong Province and other provinces in China comprising four main channels, namely (i) direct sales; (ii) retail chainstores and other retail intermediaries; (iii) distributors; and (iv) Angel Cakeshops. BACKGROUNDFraser and Neave Limited (F&N) was established in Singapore in 1883 as a partnership under the name The Singapore and Straits Aerated Water Co. In 1898, it was incorporated as a limited company under its present name. The Group is a manufacturer and supplier of canned fruits and vegetables, mainly for the export market. Its main products are canned asparagus, long beans and mushrooms and other products (including bamboo shoots, sweet corn, chillies and fruits, like lychees, pineapples and peaches). 

The Group currently has an annual production capacity of approximately 22,235 tonnes, at its 5 production facilities in different climatic regions across 4 provinces in China, namely, Shandong, Shanxi, Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces.

The Group's market spans Europe, North America (namely Mexico) and Asia, and its major markets are Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Russia, Mexico and Singapore.

It is engaged in the development, production and sale of quick freeze food products under its "Synear” brand name. It produces a variety of quick freeze food products including savoury dumpling products, glutinous sweet dumpling products, and other products including glutinous rice dumpling products and specialty desserts and snacks.

Synear carries its quick freeze food production operations at production facilities located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. BREADTALK GROUP

It operates its chain of retail outlets selling breads, buns, cakes and pastries through its principal subsidiary, BreadTalk Pte Ltd.

Currently, the Group has 57 bakery outlets in Singapore, PRC and Thailand to complement its operations, it also operates a central kitchen at Kampong Ampat that prepares and distributes fillings for its breads and buns, and bakes cakes and pastries for distribution to its various retail outlets island-wide.

BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in 1978 as S.H.M. Pte Ltd. It was the franchisee for Swensen’s and operated a chain of ice-cream parlours cum restaurants. It changed its name to Swensen’s of Singapore Pte Ltd the following year and was renamed Swens Singapore Pte Ltd in 1990.

On 26 March 1992, the Company was converted into a public limited company and changed its name to Swens Asia-Pacific Ltd. On 17 November 1993, its name was changed to ABR Holdings Limited. 
ABR Holdings primarily manages, franchises and operates a portfolio of well-known food and beverage companies and brands, including Swensen's Yogen Fruz, Season, The Cocoa Trees and Europa, with outlets located both locally as well as regionally.

In 2006, the Company acquired home-grown japanese style pizza delivery business Oishi Pizza. In the same year, ABR also took up a 50% stake in the master franchise of Gloria Jean's Coffees in Singapore. The Company also created a new Earle Swensen's, and the first outlet was opened at VivoCity in October. Beyond Singapore, the Group began to establish a distribution network for premium chocolates and confectionary in China.

BACKGROUNDThe Group started in 1987 with the founding of Super Coffeemix Marketing Enterprises, a partnership to manufacture and distribute 3-in-1 instant coffeemixes and related products, a relatively unknown and new concept. With expanded operations, the partnership was converted into a private limited company on 13 April 1991 under the name of Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Pte Ltd. BACKGROUNDThe Company began as a small-scale family business founded by Yeo Keng Lian in the making of soya sauce. In 1935, the Yeo Hiap Seng Sauce Factory was established in Singapore. BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 7 September 2004 under the name Pine Agritech Limited.
Pine Agritech is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of soybean-based products such as Soy Protein Isolates (“SPI”), Soybean Oil and Soy Oligosaccharide Syrup (“SOS”). Other by-products derived from the production of the three main products are sold as animal feeds.
