BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated on 28 September 2007. The Group was established in 1997 and grew through the acquisition of the majority stake in privately owned primary healthcare clinics. On 24 June 2008, its converted to a public company and changed its name to Qualitas Medical Group Limited.
The Group is a primary healthcare services provider in Malaysia and other countries in the region. The Group operates through its network of owned clinics, affiliate clinics, associate clinics and managed clinics. The Group has operations in Malaysia, India, Indonesia and more recently, in Cambodia.

In Malaysia, the Group operates through its eighty-nine owned clinics, sixty-three affiliate and associate clinics as at the Latest Practicable Date. Twenty-two of its clinics in Malaysia operate on a twenty-four hour daily basis. In India, the Group operates high-end primary healthcare centres, including the provision of diagnostic facilities and blood and biochemistry testing, through its three owned clinics. In Indonesia, the Group operates through its subsidiary and manages one clinic. More recently, it has established affiliate relationships with four clinics in Cambodia.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL LTD

BACKGROUNDHealth Management International Ltd (“HMI”), formerly known as HMI Holdings Limited, was incorporated on 26 October 1998 to be the holding company of the Group. It was listed on 15 October 1999 on SGX Sesdeq (now known as SGX Catalist) before upgrading to the SGX Main Board on 10 March 2008. The Group’s principal activities are those of an investment holding company, as well as that of the corporate headquarters which provides strategic direction to its subsidiaries. The principal activities of key subsidiaries are as follows:
 
i) Healthcare
The Group operates 2 tertiary care hospitals in Malaysia; the Mahkota Medical Centre in Malacca and the Regency Specialist Hospital in Johor, as well as 19 patient representative offices located in Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore. It also provides hospital management, project consultancy and advisory services in the region.

The Group operates HMI Institute of Health Sciences in Singapore, which provides nursing education and healthcare vocational training. The Institute also provides training and placement of foreign educated nurses for Singapore hospitals. Q AND M DENTAL GROUP

BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 7 January 2008 under the name Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The Company was converted into a public limited company on 9 October 2009 and changed its name to Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited.
The Group has private dental healthcare group with 36 dental clinics and a mobile dental clinic with 105 dentists, nine oral health therapists and 302 dental surgery assistants as at the Latest Practicable Date. The Group treated more than 300,000 patients island-wide between December 2005 and the Latest Practicable Date.

The Group’s dental healthcare services include general dental treatment, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, paedodontics, oral surgery, dental implants and aesthetic dentistry. The Group has a dental laboratory which fabricates dental prosthesis such as crowns, bridges, dentures and retainers.

RAFFLES MEDICAL GROUP

BACKGROUNDThe Group was founded in 1976, when Dr Loo Choon Yong and Dr Alfred Loh Wee Tiong acquired an existing medical practice with two clinics. Its medical services and clinic network then expanded rapidly.

On 16 May 1989, the Company was incorporated as the first stop towards corporatisation in order to promote the Group's corporate identity and highlight its comprehensive range of healthcare services. It is able to provide general practice (GP), dental and specialist healthcare services, X-ray and diagnostic services, healthscreening and laboratory testings. BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 16 May 2007 under the name of Healthway Medical Services Pte Ltd. On 10 June 2008, the Company changed its name to Healthway Medical Corporation Private Limited and on 11 June 2008, the Company was converted into a public company and changed its name to Healthway Medical Corporation Limited.
Healthway Medical Corporation Limited is one of Singapore’s private outpatient medical service providers. The Company was converted into a public limited company and renamed Singapore Medical Group Limited on 9 July 2009.
The Group’s principal activities lie in the provision of multi-disciplinary specialist healthcare services across the fields of ophthalmology, aesthetic medicine, sports medicine and oncology. THOMSON MEDICAL GROUP

BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 20 October 1977 under the name of Thomson Medical Centre Pte Ltd and renamed to Thomson Medical Centre Limited on 17 October 2003.
The Group's principal activities include that of hospital operations and ancillary services; and specialised and other services.

The hospital operations comprise the provision of integrated medical healthcare facilities and services for primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare with focus in the areas of O&G and paediatric services. ASIA MEDIC HOLDINGS

BACKGROUNDIncorporated in Singapore on 29 August 1974 under the name of Tonhow Industries Pte Ltd, it became a public company on 26 August 1987. It was engaged in providing moulds and plastic injection moulded parts for manufacturers. In May 1994, its name was changed to AsiaMatrix Ltd.

In January 1995, AsiaMatrix Ltd was acquired by the Wilmont Asia group, a manufacturer in electronics. In 1996, the Group was acquired by AsiaInc Pte Ltd (formerly known as Crandeur Hldgs Pte Ltd).
In 1997, Silver Beads Intl Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands by some local doctors launched a takeover of the Company. The Group moved into the healthcare industry, changing to its present name in 1999. The Group provides ambulatory healthcare services in radiology and diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology, cosmetic surgery and health screens to private patients, employees of corporate clients as well as the medical profession. BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 27 March 2002 under the name of Econ Healthcare Pte Ltd. The Company was subsequently converted to a public limited company on 5 November 2002 and changed its name to Econ Healthcare Limited.

BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated on 26 January 2001. The Group was formed through the amalgamation of several medical specialist and dental practices, following which Pacific Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd became the holding company of the Group. It assumed the present name on 9 September 2005.
