SEE HUP SENG LIMITED
BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 19 December 1975 under the name of See Hup Seng (Pte) Ltd. On 14 October 1998, the Company was converted into a public limited company, at which time it changed its name to See Hup Seng Ltd.
During the year, the principal activities of the Company were those of grit blasting, painting, supply of equipment and machinery and rental of equipment. The principal activities of the subsidiary companies consisted of:
(i) grit blasting and painting;
(ii) internal tank coating;
(iii) trading and manufacturing of blasting and painting equipment; and
(iv) holding of investments.
As of 2010 ( 3rd quarter ), trading and manufacturing of blasting and painting equipment representing 82 % of their revenues.

BACKGROUNDBH Global was incorporated in Singapore on 23 April 2004 under the name of BH Global Marine Pte Ltd. It adopted the present name on 8 August 2005.
BH Global Marine supplies a comprehensive range of marine electrical products to ship chandlers, ship owners, ship management companies, shipyard operators and ship repair contractors.
It supplies two main categories of marine electrical products:
• Marine Electrical Equipment such as marine cables and accessories; and marine lighting equipment and accessories
