BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 5 September 2003 as a private limited company. On 21 September 2004, the Company was converted to a public limited company.
The Group provides turnkey production solutions for optical media replication business since the Group was founded in year 2000. The Group's activities include manufacturing and sales of optical disc, OLED panel and thin film solar cell production lines and manufacturing and sales of media products and solar products. With the various proprietary technologies developed over the years, the Group has continued to explore the opportunities to tap into other industries including OLED, solar industries and etc. The Group officially announced its entry into the solar business in 2008. Mass production with its own proprietary equipments at its 40MW thin film solar production plant in Henan, China is expected to commence in 2010.
The Group is headquartered in Hong Kong with manufacturing facilities based in China and a global sales and marketing channels for the Group's products.

Asian Micro Holdings Limited
BACKGROUNDAsian Micro Holdings Limited was listed in the SGX-SESDAQ on 22 September 1999. It provides recycling and precision cleaning of packaging trays and media/disk cassettes used in the hard disk drive and semiconductor industries in Singapore, China and Thailand.
Asian Micro recently invested in Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) conversion business and is now focused towards setting up a chain of network of NGV conversion centres. Though started only in July 2007, the Company has now set up a total of 6 NGV conversion centres in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The Company also imports/exports NGV conversion kits, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) engines, CNG cylinders, and CNG vehicles to expedite its growth and revenue.

BACKGROUNDThe Group is principally engaged in the processing of corn kernels and the production and supply or sale of corn starch, modified starch products and other corn-based products in China. It has five production facilities in various locations in China, namely, Shenyang, Tongliao, Suzhou and Shunde. One of its main subsidiaries, Shenyang Wanshunda Group Co Ltd, was conferred the "Dragon Head Enterprise" status by the Liaoning Province People's Government in February 2003.
