BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 8 October under the name of Latitude Tree Pte Ltd. On 26 May 2009, the Company changed its name to Latitude Tree International Group Pte Ltd. On 17 June 2009, the Company was converted to a public limited company and changed its name to Latitude Tree International Group Ltd.
With over 9 years of experience in the wooden furniture industry, the Group is a manufacturer of quality lifestyle wooden home furniture, with a product range focused on Collection Sets. The Group’s products are manufactured in Vietnam at two production facilities with a total built-up area of 232,342 square metres. The main product categories are bedroom Collection Sets, dining room Collection Sets, living room Collection Sets and others. Most of its customers are based in the USA and Canada and the bulk of its products are exported to the USA. The Company is a subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia-listed Latitude Tree Holdings Berhad.

BACKGROUNDThe Company is principally engaged in the manufacture, supply and installation of panelling products for residential property developments. It is also involved in interior fitting-out projects for residential, commercial and retail properties. In order to provide a full spectrum of services and products for its clients, it brings in premier brands of complementary products. The Company has the exclusive rights to sell SieMatic fitted kitchens in Singapore and Brunei. It also has the sole rights to sell the Italian brand of MAP quality furniture products in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei, Further, it markets, sells and fabricates Corian solid surfaces products for residential and commercial developments (excluding the retail market) in Singapore.
Presently, the Company has two production facilities, one in Singapore and one in Johor, Malaysia. Its production facility in Singapore manufactures kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanity cabinets and other related products, while the production facility in Malaysia manufactures mainly doors and door components.
The Company's direct customers include developers, main contractors and interior designers. However, the end users of its products are mainly homeowners and operators of commercial or retail business.

BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Cayman Islands on 5 January 2007 under the name of Cacola Furniture International Limited.
The Group is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of a wide range of modern-style home and office furniture. Its products are primarily sold under its brand name, “Cacola (家居乐)”, through its extensive distribution network. Its products can be broadly categorised into three segments namely panel furniture, sofa and mattress.
Most of its products are sold in China with the remaining sold into other international markets such as Hong Kong and to the best of knowledge of the Directors, the U.S.A, Canada, South Africa, Morocco, Algeria, Spain, Australia and Kuwait.
The Group has an extensive distribution network within China. Its distributors cover 101 distribution points, all of which are specialty stores operating under the shop name “Cacola (家居乐)”. These 101 CACOLA specialty stores are located in over 66 cities within China, 16 of which are operated by its distributors directly and 85 by third party retailers under licence from its distributors.
The Group's manufacturing activities is carried out at its four production facilities located at 东莞市常平镇苏坑村 (Sukeng Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China). Two of the facilities are dedicated to the production of panel furniture, one for sofa and one for mattress.
