BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore under the name of AEE Holdings Pte Ltd on 2 June 2000 as the listing vehicle and holding company of the environmental protection subsidiaries and assets owned by the Penyao Group. On 1 November 2002, the Company was renamed as Asia Environment Holdings Pte Ltd. On 5 November 2003, the Company was converted into a public company limited and renamed as Asia Environment Holdings Ltd.
Asia Environment is an integrated water and wastewater treatment solution provider in China.
The Group offers a comprehensive range of products and services that cover the entire spectrum of water and wastewater treatment, from planning and design to manufacturing and fabrication, construction, installation, operations and maintenance. It also starts to undertake BOT (build-operate-transfer) projects in water and wastewater treatment industries.
Strategically located in Yixing, a government-designated environmental hub in China, the Group is are fully qualified to undertake large-scale turnkey projects. The Group has been awarded a Grade 1 Certificate for Contracting of Environmental Protection Projects and a Grade A Certificate for Special Project Design from the Chinese’s Ministry of Construction as well as a Grade A Certificate for Project Consultancy from the National Development and Reform Commission and an Operation Certificate for Environmental Protection Facilities Qualification from the Chinese’s State Environmental Protection Administration. These coveted certificates and qualifications allow the Group to undertake projects of unlimited size and engineering complexity.
With over 20 years of experience and a notable track record of providing water and wastewater treatment solutions, it has undertaken many large-scale public projects involving water and wastewater treatment projects for townships, municipalities and industrial parks, as well as for various industries such as breweries, food processing, pulp and paper, chemical and pharmaceuticals in China.

BACKGROUNDThe Company was incorporated in Singapore on 19 November 2002 under the name of Primehub Pte Ltd. The Company changed its name to Asia Water Services Pte Ltd on 6 February 2003 and subsequently changed to Asia Water Technology Private Limited on 1 December 2003. The Company was converted into a public limited company on 31 January 2005 and renamed Asia Water Technology Ltd.
Asia Water specialises in driving large scale municipal and industrial projects, offering innovative and effective engineering solutions for water purification and wastewater treatment systems.
Asia Water has secured breakthrough projects in the tapwater treatment business and nuclear powerplant water purification arena in China. It conducts its business primarily in Wuhan, China through its subsidiary, Wuhan Kaidi Water Services Co., Ltd. which was incorporated in 1996. Wuhan Kaidi Water provides water purification treatment and wastewater treatment systems through our close working relationships with international partners to ensure that the needs of municipals and industries for purified water are met. In June 2004, together with three other partners, Asia Water Technology incorporated an associated company which obtained a license to build and operate a municipal wastewater treatment plant in the west of Han Kou within the Hubei Province (the ‘Hanxi Project’). Upon its completion, the wastewater treatment plant will serve an estimated population of 600,000, as well as treat up to 400,000 tonnes of water daily.
In May 2005, it was awarded another RMB193 million contract for the procurement, installation and commissioning of the wastewater treatment system of this mega municipal wastewater treatment plant. In the same year, it incorporated another subsidiary in Huaiyuan, Anhui Province and acquired and is now operating a tapwater plant, with a daily capacity of 10,000 tonnes per day. It also secured a tapwater treatment contract worth RMB 111.7 million in Tianmen City, Hubei Province

Bio-Treat Technology Limited
BACKGROUND The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 22 August 2003.
The Group is principally engaged in (i) the development of its proprietary technology, the BMS Biological Process Technology; and (ii) the application of the BMS Biological Process Technology in the provision of the BMS wastewater treatment services, comprising consultancy and design, installation, commissioning, project management as well as after-sales and maintenance services of the BMS wastewater treatment systems and the development, manufacture and sale of the BMS wastewater treatment and waste management products. Bio-Treat also distributes and sells waste and wastewater treatment equipment and accessories produced by third party manufacturers after it has undertaken modification processes such as drilling and joining to customise these products to its customers' needs.

BACKGROUNDThe Company was established in 1992 and was subsequently restructured and changed its name to Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited in 2006.
The Group owns and manages a portfolio of technologically efficient and environmentally sustainable e-waste recycling facilities in Singapore and Wales. The Group added two recycling facilities in its portfolio, one in California and the other in Massachusetts of USA, through the acquisition of Metech International Inc in October 2007. Under separate licensing agreements, it also manages two other collection and recycling centres, one in Bangkok, Thailand, and the other in Penang, Malaysia.
The Group is currently constructing a recycling plant in Wuxi, China.
Leveraging on this portfolio of recycling facilities and other strategic partners, the Group provides an integrated recycling, processing and treatment services for electronic wastes regionally and globally.
